When I sat down with Norah Magero, I thought I knew her story. Norah is the kind of person whose energy lights up every room; a force of nature, a builder, a mother, a leader. On the surface, she was winning at the juggle – career, motherhood, impact. But as our conversation deepened, I was floored. “Motherhood changes you,” she confessed, her voice steady but vulnerable. “It even affects how you work. I struggle now, in ways I never did before. Sometimes, I’ve even thought about giving up.”
That’s not the Norah I thought I knew. But that’s the power of real dialogue. It reveals the truth beneath the headlines. It reminds us that even the brightest among us face storms and that true courage is not in never struggling, but in showing up, every single day.
This is why I created The Power Dialogue Africa. I don’t just interview, I document, I preserve, I honour the legacies shaping our continent. Here, we go beyond fame. We seek depth. We celebrate the stories that matter, stories that inspire, challenge, and connect us all.
I speak from Africa, for Africa. Relatable, honest, and values-driven. My mission? To build a living archive of African leadership and sustainability, one powerful conversation at a time.
